A 3am kick-off, a payday Friday, a holiday eve, a stadium gig up the road — none of them look unusual until the room fills. This feed spots them a fortnight out, sizes the lift, and hands the forecast and offer engines something to act on. Read by Tommo Finch, Beverage
Confirmed fixture from the fixtures feed, both clubs with strong Singapore supporter bases. The lift lands in the late window — but our licensed supply hours end at 23:59, so this is an early-evening build-up play plus a next-evening replay crowd, not a 3am open.
Keg and cocktail-batch uplift on Tommo's six taps; two extra kegs of the pale on order.
Match-eve table offer to the 212 regulars tagged "football" — early sitting, screen-side.
Note to the roster: second bartender until close both nights.
Licence-hours flag: no post-23:59 supply; promo copy checked against promotion rules.
Last working day of the month — the strongest recurring demand signal in the ledger. Average spend per head runs higher, not just covers: the trigger tells UC18 to lead with the premium list, not a discount.
Forecast uplift applied; premium spirits and oyster order nudged up.
No discounting — a "first pour on us at the bar before 18:30" nudge to smooth the 20:00 crush.
Floor note: extra runner 19:00–22:00.
Ticketing feed shows the show 92% sold. The lift comes in two pulses — pre-show 17:00–19:30 and post-show 22:30 to close — with a dead room in between. The trigger carries the shape, not just the size, so prep and rostering follow the pulses.
Two-pulse demand curve pushed to forecasting; batch cocktails pre-built for the 17:00 wave.
"Show your ticket" post-gig supper offer, capped at 40 covers.
Split-shift note: heavy 16:30–19:30, light 20:00–22:00, heavy to close.
Holiday-eve trading with no work tomorrow — historically our biggest wet-sales night outside December. The holiday calendar feed confirms Sunday 9 August as the public holiday; the eve carries the lift.
Full uplift applied across taps, ice and citrus prep; Eleanor's late supper menu extended an hour.
Hold-back released: the six tables usually kept for walk-ins go to the waitlist at 17:00.
All-hands note; leave requests for the eve flagged to the roster early.
Football, F1 and rugby calendars with kick-off times converted to SGT. Confirmed fixtures arrive at high confidence; provisional dates stay provisional in the feed and inherit a lower score.
Singapore public holidays from the data.gov.sg dataset, school holidays, plus a simple payday rule: last working day of the month and the 25th, whichever falls on or nearest a Friday scores highest.
On-sale events within 2 km — SISTIC listings plus the big venues' published calendars. Carries capacity, percent sold and door times, which is what gives the gig trigger its two-pulse shape.
A single Telegram fan channel claims a touring DJ will play an unannounced set at a warehouse venue nearby. No ticketing listing, no venue calendar entry, no second source. The scorer put it at 0.42 — well under the 0.70 gate — so it sits in quarantine with a watch flag on the calendar.
Nothing fired: no stock was ordered, no offer went out, no shift was added. If it had armed and the rumour died, Tommo eats two spare kegs and an over-rostered Thursday. The gate exists so a whisper can't spend the bar's money.
This is deliberately the smallest tool in the set: a structured event feed with a confidence gate, not a forecasting model. It normalises fixtures, holidays, paydays and gigs into one trigger format — date, window, predicted uplift band, confidence, sources — and hands them to the tools that already know what to do with demand: UC3 forecasting takes the prep uplift, UC18 yield-fill takes the offer, and the roster gets a note. Roughly two days of build, and every demand demo in any vertical gets sharper for it.
