Every kept bottle on the whisky shelf, tracked to the centilitre — and every keep that's about to lapse turned into a warm reason to come back. Nudges are drafted in our voice, sent only to members who've said yes, and a person approves each one before it leaves the building. Read by Tommo, Beverage

House policy: a keep runs six months from purchase and can be extended once — with a visit, not a phone call. Levels are logged by the bar team at pour time (Tommo's team weigh the bottle at close on busy nights). The ledger showing ten of forty-two bottles here; the rest are healthy and quiet.
The nudge is only as warm as the memory behind it. "Your bottle expires soon" is an inventory alert. "Shall we hold a corner table Thursday" is hospitality — and the difference is four fields on this card.
The bottle is the loyalty programme. No points, no tiers. A member with 280 ml of Yamazaki behind our bar has a standing reason to come back that no voucher can match. The system's whole job is to make sure that reason never quietly expires in a drawer.
Consent is a field, not a footnote. The contact block and the consent pill travel with every draft. If the pill isn't green, the drafting step never runs — as Gerald's card above demonstrates.
Same record as the concierge. This is the uc19 members profile wearing its bar apron: one consented record, read by the concierge, the floor brief and the bottle keep alike. Update it once, every tool gets smarter.
The quiet number: before the ledger, roughly one keep in four lapsed unused — the member drifted, the bottle sat, and the relationship expired with it. Last quarter it was one in ten. The revenue is nice; the retained regulars are the point.
This page is a design concept, not a live system. The ledger, the drafted nudges and the conversion figures are hand-built to show how a bottle-keep tool should behave in an Asian-market bar, where kept bottles (whisky bars, KTV-adjacent rooms) are the core of the regulars' economy. A working version is deliberately small: a ledger table, an expiry scheduler, a drafting agent in the house voice, and a consent gate that sits in front of the drafting step — the same pattern order as the uc19 concierge.
